These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Returns & Refund Tracker mobile application and the website returns-refunds.com (collectively, “R&R”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using R&R, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Use of the Service
R&R provides tools for tracking product returns, refunds, deadlines, and related purchase information.
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You must not:
- Misuse or interfere with the service
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Reverse engineer or copy the app or website
- Use the service in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure
No Financial or Legal Advice
R&R is provided for informational and organizational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
- Refund approval from merchants
- Return eligibility
- Accuracy of merchant policies
- Financial outcomes
Users are responsible for verifying return and refund information directly with retailers or payment providers.
Subscriptions and Payments
R&R offers optional paid subscriptions and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store.
All payments are processed by Apple App Store using Apple’s billing system.
Subscription management, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s terms and policies.
We use RevenueCat to help manage subscription status and entitlements.
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, design, logos, and functionality related to R&R are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or website at any time without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
R&R is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of information
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, R&R and its operators shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Lost profits or savings
- Loss of data
- Failed refunds or return disputes
- Service interruptions
Your use of the service is at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.
